Privacy Policy

Updated October 3, 2026

Your prayer content stays private. Prayframe does not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or transmit the text of your prayers, intentions, or reflections.

Information stored on your device

Private notes, intentions, session preferences, and session history are stored locally. Private note content is encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a key protected by the device Keychain or Keystore. Prayframe does not operate a cloud notes service and does not receive this content.

Subscriptions and purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. In the direct Apple StoreKit version, Prayframe checks Apple's purchase and subscription status on your device to determine whether Premium is active. We do not receive your full payment-card details or upload your prayers and notes as part of this check. Apple handles purchase records under its privacy terms.

Earlier Prayframe TestFlight builds through 1.0.0 (12) used RevenueCat to help determine Premium status. If you still use one of those builds, Apple and RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product identifier, purchase and renewal status, transaction timestamps, storefront, and entitlement status. This disclosure remains here until those older builds are no longer in use.

Optional diagnostics

Anonymous diagnostics are disabled by default and require an in-app choice. In the current app, permitted technical events stay in a temporary on-device queue; they are not sent to Firebase, Mixpanel, or another analytics service. Prayer text, note text, faith preferences, and identity are prohibited from diagnostic payloads. Disabling diagnostics clears the local queue and optional anonymous identifier.

Sharing and sale

Prayframe does not sell personal information or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Apple processes App Store distribution and purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase-status data for earlier TestFlight builds described above; it is not used by the direct StoreKit version.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete it in Settings or remove the app. You can use “Delete All Private Data” in Prayframe Settings to remove local notes, history, preferences, and encryption keys. Apple retains purchase records under its terms; RevenueCat may retain purchase-status records for earlier builds under its terms. Deleting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription; you can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Children

Prayframe is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
