Prayframe support for purchases, privacy, and app use

Restore a purchase

Open Prayframe, go to Settings, choose “Restore Purchases,” and remain connected while Apple verifies your account. Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel Premium

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Prayframe. Apple controls billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation.

Private notes

Notes are encrypted and stored only on the device. Prayframe cannot recover notes after the app is removed or after “Delete All Private Data” is confirmed. Use Export in Notes if you want your own copy.

Focus mode

Prayframe cannot silence other apps by itself. Follow the Focus guidance in the app, or open iPhone Settings → Focus to create a Prayer focus and choose allowed contacts.

Contact support

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a brief description of what happened. Do not include private prayer or note text.
